Haibin Wang

Haibin graduated from the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and received a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Law. She has passed the Chinese Bar Exam since 2012. She earned her LL.M. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Currently, she is admitted to practice law in New York and Missouri.

Haibin’s legal practice centers primarily on immigration law, including family-based petitions, removal defense, business immigration matters, and non-immigrant visas. She previously worked as a legal specialist in Dalian High-Tech Zone Investment Promotion Bureau.
